The registration of your application for an apartment in our residence for a short term stay mean that you accepted the generals condition following:
All application must be complete with the advance payment of 25% of the stay’s amount. The payment can be made by credit card (Visa /MasterCard), by banking transfer (Ask the residence manager for our banking coordinates) or by cash at our managers’ offices.
The balance is due at least 2 weeks before the arrival day.
Association Les Quartiers Latins can cancel a booking without informing to the client, if the balance is note paid two weeks before the arrival day.
All stay interrupt by the client before the departure date, will not give the right to any refunds
In case of cancel by the client:
From the booking to 2 weeks before the arrival day: the 30% of the stay’s amount payment won’t be refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before your arrival day: we will remain 60% of the stay’s amount
If you don’t arrive the day planed, we’ll keep the total of the stay’s amount.
Late arrival won’t give the right to any refunds and anticipate leaving can be refunds only because of serious reason with justification, and on the basis of 50% of days left.
Upon your arrival, we will ask you to fill out as carefully as possible a fixtures inventory and an inventory of furniture. The tenant will must pay 300€ deposit, this deposit will be refund if nothing is missing or broken in the apartment at the departure.
You paid 30€ or 50€, depending the length of your stay, for departure cleaning at your arrival but you must not leave your garbage inside the apartment, you must clean your dishes and leave the apartment in a correct state. In the other way we will have to charge you for extra cleaning we will remain it from your deposit before your departure .
The association will not accept any liability in case of loose or robbery in the residence even in the underground parking or common area.
In case of incident the public liability insurance of the tenant will be engaged.
Generally, pets are not allowed in the residence. Ask the residence manager at the reservation.
